What sets the first visit apart
We take a full history rather than rushing to a prescription. Your psychiatrist will look at physical health, sleep, alcohol and substance use, work stress and relationships, because these often change what treatment is best. You leave knowing the working diagnosis and the options, including whether medication is needed at all.
Life stages we see
Young adults starting work or college, new parents, people in mid-career, and adults approaching retirement. We see adults up to age 65 and coordinate with primary care for any medical issues.
