How our adult psychiatry works

Care begins with a full psychiatric evaluation. From there, your psychiatrist builds a plan that may include medication, referral to therapy, lifestyle changes and coordination with your primary care provider. Our approach is holistic: we look at sleep, physical health, stress and support systems, not only symptoms.

A good fit if you are…

…looking for a first psychiatric opinion, unhappy with how a current treatment is going, needing a new prescriber, or wanting a second opinion on a diagnosis. We are an outpatient practice; people who need hospital or emergency care will be directed to the right level of service.
