Dr. Gurvinder Arora is a double board-certified psychiatrist specializing in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry. With a wealth of experience in various settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, partial hospitalization programs, jails, and state hospitals, he possesses exceptional expertise in psychopathology and diverse mental illnesses.
Recognized for his successful interventions with individuals who have faced challenges in prior treatments, Dr. Arora is known for his warm, caring, empathetic, non-judgmental, and intelligent approach to mental health care. He is notably conservative in medication prescriptions, advocating for the minimum necessary dosage for his patients.

Dr. Lawrence Gross

Dr. Lawrence Gross is a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist who provides evidence-based, individualized care across the lifespan. His interests include mood and anxiety disorders, relational patterns and transitional-age youth, and he combines psychodynamic psychotherapy and DBT-informed skills with careful medication management.
Dr. Gross earned his MD with Research Distinction from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he was elected to the Gold Humanism Honor Society. He completed residency at the University of Miami and fellowship training at Johns Hopkins, including neurodevelopmental work at the Kennedy Krieger Institute. He has also cared for veterans and asylum seekers, and now sees patients at Psych Nashua.

With specialized expertise in reproductive and perinatal mental health, she supports individuals through the emotional challenges of pregnancy and postpartum.
