Supporting Lebanon students and families
Families with children at Lebanon High School and Lebanon Middle School come to us when struggles start to affect learning, friendships or home life. With your consent we can share clinical information for a 504 plan or IEP meeting.
Not sure where to start? Book a psychiatric evaluation in Lebanon, learn about telehealth psychiatry or contact our team.
Respecting teenagers
We explain what stays private and what must be shared with parents, so teens feel safe to speak openly and parents know where they stand.
Living in Lebanon
Lebanon is a regional center for healthcare and technology in the Upper Valley, and many residents cross the Connecticut River for work every day. Because our psychiatrists are licensed in New Hampshire, Lebanon patients plan video visits for times when they are on the New Hampshire side.
Building the plan together
Treatment is planned with parents. It may include parenting strategies, therapy, school recommendations and, when it is likely to help, medication with careful monitoring.
Getting care from Lebanon
Our office is in Salem, about an hour and 45 minutes from Lebanon, so most Lebanon patients see us by secure video from home. When an in-person visit is needed, we plan it so the trip is worthwhile.
Frequently asked questions
Do you provide therapy for children?
We focus on evaluation and medication and help connect families with child therapists.
Can child visits be by video?
Many can. The psychiatrist may ask to see your child in person at times.
What ages do you see?
Children from age 4 and teens through 17, continuing into adulthood.
Can I have a video visit while I am in Vermont?
No. Our psychiatrists are licensed in New Hampshire, so you must be physically in New Hampshire during a video visit.
