Supporting Pembroke students and families
Families with children at Pembroke Academy and Three Rivers School come to us when struggles start to affect learning, friendships or home life. With your consent we can share clinical information for a 504 plan or IEP meeting.
Not sure where to start? Book a psychiatric evaluation in Pembroke, learn about telehealth psychiatry or contact our team.
How the evaluation works
Parents share the history first. The psychiatrist then spends time with the child, using conversation or play for younger children and private time for teens. With your permission we gather input from teachers, counselors and the pediatrician.
