Supporting Candia students and families
Families with children at Henry W. Moore School and the high schools Candia students attend come to us when struggles start to affect learning, friendships or home life. With your consent we can share clinical information for a 504 plan or IEP meeting.
Not sure where to start? Book a psychiatric evaluation in Candia, learn about telehealth psychiatry or contact our team.
Building the plan together
Treatment is planned with parents. It may include parenting strategies, therapy, school recommendations and, when it is likely to help, medication with careful monitoring.
Living in Candia
Candia is a rural hill town along Route 101, with many residents commuting to Manchester or the Seacoast. Families often look for help with anxiety and attention. Video visits and in-person visits in Salem are both practical.
Respecting teenagers
We explain what stays private and what must be shared with parents, so teens feel safe to speak openly and parents know where they stand.
Getting care from Candia
From Candia, our Salem office is about 35 minutes by car. Many Candia patients choose secure video for most visits and come to Salem when an in-person appointment adds something.
