How follow-ups work
Follow-ups review how you are feeling, side effects, sleep and any changes in your life, then confirm or adjust the dose. When a medication needs lab work, we will tell you what is required so you can arrange it close to home.

Pharmacy and refills
Tell us which pharmacy you use, whether downtown or near home, and request refills before you run low. Some medications, including controlled substances, need a current visit before a refill.
Switching from another prescriber
If you are moving your care to us, bring your medication list and recent records so there is no gap. Learn more on our Nashua medication management page.

Yes, most follow-ups can be done by telehealth when you are in New Hampshire.
How long is a follow-up?
Usually 15 to 30 minutes.
What if I have a side effect between visits?
Call the office. For severe reactions, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
