Autism support for Kingston families
Families from Kingston often come to us when anxiety, sleep, attention or mood problems make school or home life harder for an autistic child, teen or adult. We can coordinate with Sanborn Regional High School teams and outside therapists when families want that.
Living in Kingston
Kingston is a lake town built around Great Pond, Country Pond and Kingston State Park, with a historic town green along Route 125. Teens attend Sanborn Regional High School with Newton, and many residents commute into Massachusetts or toward Exeter and the Seacoast.
How we help
- Psychiatric evaluation when autism is suspected, and referral for formal developmental or neuropsychological testing when needed
- Assessment and treatment of co-occurring conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD and sleep problems
- Medication, when appropriate, for irritability, anxiety or attention symptoms
- Guidance for parents and coordination with schools, therapists and pediatricians
