What adults come to us for
Anxiety and panic, depression, adult ADHD, mood swings, trauma-related symptoms, stress-driven insomnia and burnout. We also see adults who need a new prescriber or a second opinion.

Care that fits shift work
If your hours change week to week, telehealth follow-ups make it easier to stay on track. We will also take your sleep schedule into account when choosing medication timing. More detail is on our Nashua adult psychiatry page.
Where to meet us
If you live or work in downtown Nashua, around Main Street, Railroad Square or the Millyard, you can meet with us by secure video without leaving the neighborhood. When an in-person visit is better, our Salem office at 215 South Broadway is roughly a 30-minute drive east.
