How the process works
- Call 603-600-8330 to book and receive rating scales
- Complete scales (and for children, ask teachers to complete theirs)
- Attend the evaluation, by video or in Salem
- Review results and agree a treatment plan

Treatment and follow-up
Plans may include organization strategies, school or workplace accommodations and, where appropriate, medication with regular follow-up. Controlled-medication prescribing follows federal and New Hampshire rules, which may require some in-person visits. Full details are on our Nashua ADHD evaluation page.
Where to meet us
If you live or work in downtown Nashua, around Main Street, Railroad Square or the Millyard, you can meet with us by secure video without leaving the neighborhood. When an in-person visit is better, our Salem office at 215 South Broadway is roughly a 30-minute drive east.
